Bespoke & Custom Jewellery

Many of our pieces are handcrafted by our in-house jewellers and require time for production, finishing, and quality control.

Please allow approximately 3 to 6 weeks for bespoke jewellery, custom designs, personalised pieces, and made-to-order items.

In-Stock Items

Items that are available in stock and do not require resizing, engraving, or customisation are typically dispatched within 1 to 2 working days.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information, allowing you to follow your shipment throughout its journey.
