To qualify for a return, jewellery must:

• Be returned within 30 days of receipt.
• Be unworn and in its original condition.
• Include all original packaging, certificates, and accompanying documentation.
• Show no signs of damage, alteration, or misuse.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Bespoke or custom-made jewellery.
• Personalised or engraved items.
• Jewellery that has been resized or altered at the customer's request.
• Gift cards.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
